They are currently looking for a Senior Facilities Engineer (Electrical / Power) to manage and enhance their facility operations in the West Region.
Job Summary
As a Senior Facilities Engineer, you will be the go-to expert for all electrical and power-related matters in the facility. You will lead the maintenance, optimization, and compliance of the electrical infrastructure, including high tension (HT) and low tension (LT) systems, emergency power systems, and building automation systems. Your role is critical in ensuring continuous operation, safety, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Supervise and manage all electrical systems, including switchgear, transformers, generators, UPS, and electrical distribution.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
- Respond promptly to electrical failures and coordinate rectifications.
- Ensure all electrical works comply with Singapore regulations (e.g., EMA, SP PowerGrid).
- Manage and train a team of technicians and coordinate with external contractors.
- Prepare technical reports, maintenance logs, and budget proposals.
- Lead improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency and system reliability.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for facility expansion or modification.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in facilities management, specifically electrical and power systems.
- Licensed Electrical Worker (LEW) with EMA certification is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of HT/LT systems, SCADA, and BMS.
- Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.
