Monee Credit is a dynamic fintech company based in Singapore, specializing in innovative credit solutions. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our Funding Team. The Funding Team plays a pivotal role in building Monee Credit's business funding capabilities and executing capital operations to support our rapid growth. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing funding opportunities, managing treasury operations, and providing strategic insights to optimize our capital structure. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient cash management and support the company's financial objectives. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in funding and treasury within a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement funding strategies to support business growth and capital requirements.
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and bank relationship management.
- Analyze financial data and market conditions to identify funding opportunities and optimize capital costs.
- Prepare detailed financial reports, presentations, and recommendations for senior management and stakeholders.
- Monitor compliance with funding agreements, covenants, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Accounting, Legal, and Sales to support funding activities and ensure alignment.
- Conduct scenario analysis and stress testing to assess financial risks and provide mitigation strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or professional certification (CFA, CPA) is a plus.
- Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, treasury, funding, or capital markets.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling; experience with ERP systems is preferred.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
- Knowledge of funding instruments, debt markets, and regulatory environment in Singapore.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.
