We are looking for a results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses a deep understanding of the IT landscape in Indonesia. As a key member of our sales department, you will build long-term relationships with stakeholders, solve complex business challenges through technology, and help us expand our market footprint.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the IT solutions market in Indonesia.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to final contract negotiations.
- Consult with enterprise clients to understand their business challenges and propose high-impact IT solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations, product demonstrations, and business proposals.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with internal technical and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of proposed solutions.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven sales experience within the IT software, hardware, or services industry.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and enterprise software ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Indonesian.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as within a team.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales pipelines and move deals through the funnel effectively.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage client relationships and sales activities.
