Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic operational plans to improve hospital service delivery and patient outcomes.
- Manage departmental budgets, financial forecasting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering professional growth and a collaborative work environment.
- Identify and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with clinical heads and senior management to align administrative functions with clinical needs.
- Oversee compliance with national healthcare regulations, safety standards, and internal hospital policies.
- Drive digital transformation projects and the integration of new technologies within hospital workflows.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of progressive management experience, preferably within a large healthcare or public sector organization.
- Proven track record of successful strategic planning and large-scale project management.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in managing multi-million dollar operational budgets.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
- In-depth knowledge of the Singapore healthcare system and regulatory environment.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
