Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives and brand identity.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media campaigns.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
- Lead the coordination of PR activities and press releases to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
- Create engaging content strategies that effectively communicate the Samara Lombok value proposition.
- Prepare detailed performance reports and present actionable insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the hospitality, luxury real estate, or lifestyle sectors.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics), and social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
