Responsibilities
- Lead design, installation, and commissioning of ACMV systems for IWMF projects
- Manage site execution, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets
- Oversee material procurement, inventory control, and logistics coordination
- Conduct site inspections, quality assurance checks, and compliance verification
- Prepare technical documentation, including CAD drawings and project reports
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineering teams
- Implement safety protocols and environmental standards on-site
- Resolve technical issues and optimize system performance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 5+ years of experience in ACMV systems and construction projects
- Professional certification (PE, P.Eng., or equivalent)
- Expertise in HVAC system design and industrial applications
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's BCA regulations and green standards
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software
- Experience with material management and procurement processes
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
