Responsibilities
- Execute precision patient intake, including accurate recording of vital signs and medical histories.
- Assist physicians during specialized clinical examinations and minor outpatient procedures.
- Administer medications, injections, and perform phlebotomy services with high accuracy.
- Maintain and organize sterile clinical environments and manage medical inventory.
- Facilitate seamless patient flow by coordinating between clinical and administrative teams.
- Ensure 100% compliance with HIPAA regulations and workplace safety protocols.
- Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) with meticulous attention to detail and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Active Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or NCMA).
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate Degree in Medical Assisting preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an outpatient or multi-specialty clinic environment.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) / CPR Certification.
- Expertise in utilizing modern EHR systems such as Epic or Athenahealth.
- Superior communication skills with a focus on patient empathy and professional etiquette.
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-volume clinical setting.
