Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of products after mass production, ensuring continuity and support.
- Resolve production-related issues and customer technical complaints in a timely manner.
- Drive yield improvement initiatives and cost reduction projects.
- Collaborate with design, test, and quality teams to enhance product performance.
- Conduct failure analysis and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor product health metrics and report on key performance indicators.
- Support new product introductions and ensure smooth transition to volume production.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product engineering within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes and yield analysis.
- Proven experience in product lifecycle management and issue resolution.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
