In this role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end outlet projects, from initial concept through to final handover. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, stakeholder relationships, design teams, and facility handovers to ensure every space is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can coordinate multiple stakeholders including internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients. Your expertise will drive project success, mitigate risks, and foster strong collaborative partnerships. If you are ready to make an impact and lead transformative projects, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end outlet projects from planning to completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and schedule.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with design teams, architects, and contractors to translate concepts into functional spaces.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and manage expectations across internal and external parties.
  • Oversee facility readiness, handover processes, and post-completion support.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Identify and resolve project issues proactively to minimize delays and cost overruns.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in retail, F&B, or outlet projects.
  • Strong track record in managing budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
  • In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Professional certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is a distinct advantage.
