Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee end-to-end MRO project lifecycles, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and technical specifications.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, mitigating risks to ensure seamless operational continuity.
- Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple levels, acting as the primary point of contact for project delivery and reporting.
- Optimize maintenance processes and repair schedules to reduce downtime and improve operational efficiency.
- Oversee procurement and supply chain activities related to MRO, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with quality standards.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering an environment of technical excellence and continuous improvement.
- Ensure full compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations and corporate governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; professional certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management, specifically within the MRO, industrial, or heavy engineering sectors.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale maintenance operations and capital expenditure projects.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data to drive maintenance strategy.
- Exceptional leadership abilities and communication skills to influence cross-functional teams in a diverse environment.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and ERP systems.
- Willingness to travel as required for site-specific project oversight.
