Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and monitoring of complex R&D projects within the sustainable manufacturing domain.
- Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with research scientists, engineers, and industry partners.
- Manage project budgets, resources, schedules, and risks proactively to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Implement and uphold robust PMO methodologies, standards, and governance across assigned projects.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and external collaborators.
- Identify potential project bottlenecks and develop strategic mitigation plans to maintain project momentum.
- Prepare comprehensive project status reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for project management processes and tools within the ARTC.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Science, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in project management, with a strong preference for experience in R&D or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects from initiation to closure.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 certification is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated understanding and application of Project Management Office (PMO) principles and frameworks.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate strong initiative, and drive results in a dynamic research setting.
- Experience with sustainable technologies, additive manufacturing, industry 4.0, or related advanced manufacturing concepts will be an advantage.
