Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master's or PhD preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in R&D project management or technical leadership
- Strong technical background in engineering or applied sciences
- Proven ability to manage medium-scale research projects with industry partners
- Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with focus on practical applications
