Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by providing expert product knowledge and personalized styling advice.
- Drive store sales performance to meet and exceed daily and monthly revenue targets.
- Assist in store operations including inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising updates.
- Mentor and guide junior sales associates to ensure consistent service standards across the team.
- Manage customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges professionally to maintain brand loyalty.
- Support the Store Manager in opening and closing procedures and store maintenance.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system while maintaining high standards of data integrity.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of retail sales experience, preferably in footwear or fashion apparel.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
- Leadership qualities with a track record of supporting team success.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- A passion for footwear trends and a keen eye for fashion-forward visual merchandising.
- Highly organized, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Must be flexible to work retail hours, including weekends, public holidays, and shifts.
