Responsibilities
- Design and architect advanced robotic control systems and algorithms tailored for process automation.
- Conduct rigorous feasibility studies and prototype development to validate new robotic concepts.
- Optimize existing robotic workflows to improve speed, accuracy, and energy efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams including mechanical engineers, software developers, and domain experts.
- Implement and maintain simulation tools to test robotic behaviors in virtual environments.
- Debug complex system issues and provide technical troubleshooting for hardware and software integration.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in robotic development, process automation, or industrial engineering.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or MATLAB.
- Deep understanding of kinematics, dynamics, and control theory.
- Experience with PLC programming, SCADA systems, or industrial robotics frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced R&D environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical ideas clearly.
