As a Senior Sales Associate, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, managing client relations, and contributing to the overall prestige of our residence brand. You will be supported by a team that values innovation, integrity, and professional development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets for hotel and residence offerings.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Conduct professional site tours and presentations to showcase the unique value proposition of Elijah Royce Hotel & Residences.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to closing contracts and post-sales follow-up.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to promote packages and seasonal offerings via various channels.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities in the Cavite region and beyond.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities within the company CRM system.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales, ideally within the hospitality, real estate, or luxury services industry.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to close high-value deals.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and performance KPIs.
- High level of professional integrity, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays, as required by business operations.
