Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized styling consultations to ensure a world-class customer experience.
- Drive store revenue by proactively achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation in accordance with global brand guidelines.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP clients through effective CRM management.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and conducting cycle counts.
- Support the store management team in daily operations and team training initiatives.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism and grace.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in luxury or premium retail fashion.
- Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a strong advantage).
- Strong passion for high-end fashion and a deep understanding of current trends.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with an ability to connect with diverse international clients.
- A proactive, energetic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
