In this critical role, you will be the driving force behind optimizing manufacturing processes, enhancing product quality, and fostering a culture of lean methodology within our production facility.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks, implement sustainable technical solutions, and lead projects that directly impact our efficiency and market competitiveness. We are looking for an analytical thinker who can translate complex data into actionable improvement strategies while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality control.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end continuous improvement projects to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis on product and process deviations within R&D.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistent operational excellence.
  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for cost reduction.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to foster innovation and process optimization.
  • Prepare technical reports and performance dashboards for senior management review.
  • Ensure all improvements comply with environmental, safety, and industry regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Manufacturing, or R&D roles.
  • Proven track record of implementing Six Sigma, 5S, Kaizen, or similar methodologies.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., Minitab, Excel, SQL, or ERP systems).
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cultural change across teams.
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing workflows and quality management systems (ISO).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
