Responsibilities
- Lead structural design and analysis for high-rise and complex building projects from concept through construction
- Perform detailed structural calculations using industry-standard software including ETABS, SAP2000, and SAFE
- Coordinate with architects, contractors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure design integration
- Prepare and review technical documentation, design reports, and construction drawings
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on structural engineering matters
- Ensure compliance with Singapore Building Control Act, Eurocode standards, and local regulations
- Contribute to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design solutions effectively
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognized university
- Professional Engineering (PE) registration or eligibility for registration with relevant Singapore authority
- Minimum 8 years of experience in structural engineering with focus on high-rise buildings
- Proven expertise in structural analysis and design of complex building structures
- Advanced proficiency in ETABS, SAP2000, SAFE, and AutoCAD/Revit
- Strong knowledge of Singapore building codes, Eurocode, and international standards
- Demonstrated experience in project management and client coordination
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively in team environments
