Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Automotive, or Electrical preferred) or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical management or leadership role within the automotive or manufacturing industry.
- Strong proven track record in leading technical teams and managing large-scale technical projects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
