Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and wireframing to high-fidelity prototyping.
- Build, maintain, and scale robust design systems to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Conduct deep-dive user research, usability testing, and data analysis to iterate on design solutions.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure design feasibility and technical execution.
- Translate business objectives and user feedback into intuitive, engaging, and accessible user experiences.
- Create interactive prototypes and documentation for engineering hand-offs.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and accessibility standards to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality web and mobile applications.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of responsive design, grid systems, and information architecture.
- Proven ability to develop and manage comprehensive design systems.
- Experience in conducting user research and synthesizing findings into actionable design decisions.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to stakeholders.
- A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related creative field is preferred.
