As a Server, you will be the face of our dining experience, delivering warm, efficient service to guests, accurately taking orders, and collaborating with kitchen and bar staff to ensure dish timing and quality. You will contribute to a positive atmosphere by anticipating guest needs, upselling daily specials, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly, present menus, and take accurate drink and meal orders.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely, courteous manner while ensuring order accuracy.
- Assist with upselling and promoting daily specials to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
- Maintain pristine dining areas, side stations, and beverage stations; ensure cleaning and hygiene standards are met.
- Operate the POS system, process payments, and handle cash with accuracy.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to coordinate plating, timing, and guest requests.
- Replenish supplies, reset tables, and assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a server or in a front-of-house hospitality role.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, stay organized, and work efficiently under pressure.
- Friendly, professional appearance and a positive team-player attitude.
- Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards; basic knowledge of allergens and dietary restrictions.
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic math for cash handling.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
