Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor
- Present menus and provide detailed descriptions of dishes and beverages
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen staff
- Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure a pleasant dining experience
- Check in with guests after serving to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Process payments and handle cash register operations accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, including setting up and breaking down
- Adhere to health and safety standards and follow sanitation procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience as a Server in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-volume environment
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service procedures
- Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays
