Responsibilities
- Assist with preparing and serving food and beverages to customers with attentiveness and efficiency
- Support bakery operations including ingredient preparation, dough handling, and baking basic items
- Provide friendly, professional customer service and address guest inquiries and concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, kitchen stations, and equipment
- Ensure proper food handling, storage, and freshness following health and safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate orders and ensure timely service during peak hours
- Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and monitoring product availability
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus
- Previous experience in a food service, café, or bakery environment preferred
- Basic knowledge of food handling, preparation techniques, and bakery operations
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino; ability to interact positively with diverse customers
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, holidays, and early morning or late evening hours
