Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements with professionalism.
- Provide detailed explanations of our premium menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
- Execute precise table service, including food and beverage delivery according to fine dining standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area throughout the shift.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
- Upsell specialty items and seasonal promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
- Process payments accurately and manage point-of-sale transactions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress, preferably in a premium, casual luxury, or fine-dining setting.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Polished personal appearance and professional demeanor.
- Strong knowledge of western cuisine and beverage pairing basics is highly advantageous.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- A positive, service-oriented attitude with a high level of integrity.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent certification in hospitality/tourism is preferred.
