Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and manage seating arrangements with professionalism.
  • Provide detailed explanations of our premium menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods.
  • Execute precise table service, including food and beverage delivery according to fine dining standards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting dining area throughout the shift.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Upsell specialty items and seasonal promotions to enhance the guest experience and drive revenue.
  • Process payments accurately and manage point-of-sale transactions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Server, Waiter, or Waitress, preferably in a premium, casual luxury, or fine-dining setting.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Polished personal appearance and professional demeanor.
  • Strong knowledge of western cuisine and beverage pairing basics is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
  • A positive, service-oriented attitude with a high level of integrity.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to remain calm under pressure.
  • High school diploma or equivalent certification in hospitality/tourism is preferred.
