Private Advertiser, a premier establishment in Paranaque City, Metro Manila, is seeking a charismatic and professional Server / Host to join our growing team. As the face of our venue, you are the first and last impression our guests take with them. We are looking for someone who embodies warmth, efficiency, and a genuine love for the hospitality industry.
Your primary goal will be to help ensure operations run smoothly by expertly seating guests and proactively assisting servers, bartenders, and managers. You will orchestrate the flow of the dining room, manage reservations, and handle guest inquiries with grace. Your ability to multitask and maintain a positive attitude sets the tone for the entire restaurant. From managing the waitlist during our busiest hours to coordinating with the kitchen for special requests, your role is central to our success.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, managing the waitlist efficiently during peak hours.
- Coordinate with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service flow.
- Provide guests with menus, introduce specials, and handle initial inquiries.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front-of-house area, including the waiting area and host stand.
- Manage reservations and phone inquiries accurately using the reservation system.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address any concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the dining area to prepare for service.
- Uphold company standards for service, cleanliness, and food safety.
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in hospitality is highly preferred.
- Previous experience as a Server, Host, or in a similar customer-facing role in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during full shifts.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Genuine passion for the hospitality industry and serving others.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Paranaque City.
