Responsibilities
- Warmly greet all guests upon arrival and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders while offering helpful menu recommendations.
- Deliver orders promptly and ensure high standards of food presentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary dining area, including table settings and service stations.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff to ensure timely service flow.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures to maintain operational readiness.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a restaurant, cafe, or hospitality environment is a strong advantage.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
