As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of Sushiro, welcoming guests, taking orders, and ensuring each plate is served with a smile. You’ll work closely with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth service flow, keep the dining area spotless, and uphold our rigorous food‑safety standards. In addition, you’ll handle basic cash handling and POS operations, restock supplies, and assist with opening/closing duties.

Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional attitude.
- Take orders accurately using the POS system and relay them to the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets Sushiro standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table resets and side work.
- Support kitchen operations by restocking plates, utensils, and condiments.
- Follow health and safety protocols, and report any issues to the shift supervisor.
- Handle cash, credit‑card transactions, and end‑of‑shift cash reconciliation when required.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM/PT3 or equivalent; candidates with hospitality training are a plus.
- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer‑facing roles is advantageous but not required.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and stay calm under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems and cash handling is preferred.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods and lift light loads.
