SYG KOPI, a beloved coffee house in the heart of Ipoh, Perak, is seeking a passionate Service Crew to join our team on a contract/temporary basis. You will be integral in delivering the exceptional service our customers have come to expect.
Your responsibilities include greeting guests, taking orders accurately, serving food and beverages efficiently, maintaining a clean environment, and handling payments. We need someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and has a genuine love for hospitality.
We offer an attractive salary package ranging from RM 2,200 to RM 3,000 per month, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a popular local brand. Full training will be provided to ensure your success.

Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a friendly demeanor.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay to kitchen.
- Serve orders promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions correctly.
- Assist in basic food preparation as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Prior experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Physically fit to stand for long hours and handle heavy items.
