Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the point-of-sale system, and process payments efficiently.
- Prepare and serve orders according to Jollibee’s strict quality and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area, including dining tables, counters, and equipment.
- Assist in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and proper storage of supplies.
- Resolve customer inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating to management when necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during peak hours.
- Adhere to all company policies, health codes, and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma or senior high school graduate; vocational or college-level education is an advantage.
- No prior experience required—we provide full on-the-job training. Fresh graduates and career shifters are welcome!
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 15 kg as needed.
- Must be a resident of or willing to relocate to Talisay City, Cebu or nearby areas.
