Responsibilities
- Greet guests with a warm, professional demeanor and take accurate orders.
- Serve meals and beverages, ensuring timely delivery and presentation.
- Set up, arrange, and maintain clean dining and service areas.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues with courtesy, and upsell where appropriate.
- Maintain strict hygiene and safety standards in line with health regulations.
- Replenish supplies, manage inventory, and assist with cash handling and POS transactions as needed.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service during events.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or food & beverage is preferred but not required.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong teamwork mindset and reliability; punctual and flexible with shifts.
- Basic math and cash-handling ability; comfortable using a POS system.
- Willingness to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
