Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, including greeting customers and taking orders accurately.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene and store cleanliness in accordance with company SOPs.
- Ensure display counters are well-stocked, visually appealing, and organized at all times.
- Handle cash register transactions, e-wallets, and loyalty program applications efficiently.
- Prepare and serve food products following standard recipe and quality guidelines.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving stock and performing routine stock checks.
- Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth daily operations during peak and off-peak hours.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback professionally to maintain high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Possess a positive attitude, high energy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Able to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Well-groomed appearance with a commitment to maintaining professional hygiene standards.
- Capable of standing for long periods and performing physical tasks related to store operations.
- Strong team player with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
