As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be the face of our brand, greeting customers with a warm smile, taking orders efficiently, and ensuring our bakery products are presented beautifully. In addition to customer-facing responsibilities, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness by handling dishwashing duties and supporting kitchen operations.

Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and handling transactions efficiently
- Prepare and present bakery products according to company standards and customer preferences
- Maintain cleanliness of service areas, tables, and customer spaces
- Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure all kitchenware, utensils, and dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Support kitchen staff with basic food preparation tasks as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Adhere to company policies regarding uniform and appearance requirements
Qualifications
- No formal qualifications required, but previous experience in food service or hospitality is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks as required
- Willingness to adhere to strict hygiene and food safety standards
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Must be able to wear company uniform (black t-shirt, long dark pants/jeans, and non-slip covered shoes)
