Empire Sushi Sdn Bhd is seeking a friendly and reliable Service Crew member to join our popular sushi kiosk at Aeon Taman Equine. In this full-time role, you will help deliver an outstanding guest experience by preparing fresh sushi, serving customers at the counter, and keeping the outlet clean and inviting. This position is ideal for motivated team players in the Kajang, Bangi, and Serdang area who enjoy fast-paced retail and food service environments.
As a Service Crew, you will be an ambassador of quality, taste, and service. You will work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure orders are accurate, presented well, and served with a smile. The role combines skilled sushi preparation with friendly customer interaction, quick thinking during peak hours, and a commitment to hygiene and safety.

Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers at the sushi kiosk with a positive, friendly attitude
- Prepare and portion sushi and other menu items according to standard recipes
- Take customer orders, process payments, and handle POS transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the counter, display, and seating area
- Restock ingredients, verify display freshness, and manage inventory at the station
- Uphold food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures in line with local regulations
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely, accurate service during busy periods
- Assist with packing, order fulfillment, and promotions as required
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education (SPM or equivalent) or relevant hospitality experience
- Strong customer service mindset and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Reliable, punctual, flexible with shifts including weekends and holidays
- Basic math and cash handling skills; comfortable with POS systems
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is a plus
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Fluent in Malay and English; additional languages are a plus
