Responsibilities

  • Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests from arrival to departure.
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide recommendations based on the menu.
  • Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining high presentation standards.
  • Perform general housekeeping duties, including setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
  • Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
