Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests from arrival to departure.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and provide recommendations based on the menu.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Perform general housekeeping duties, including setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions and process payments accurately.
- Collaborate closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive and proactive attitude.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in F&B or hospitality is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a guest-first mindset.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic team environment.
- Willingness to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- A positive attitude, high level of energy, and a commitment to excellence.
- Basic knowledge of food hygiene practices and safety standards.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks associated with service work.
