Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, courteous demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system.
- Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean dining area.
- Refill beverages, condiments, and utensils throughout service.
- Assist in preparing and garnishing drinks as required.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints in a polite manner.
- Support team members during peak periods and follow supervisor instructions.
Qualifications
- Minimum secondary education or equivalent; hospitality training a plus.
- Previous experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is advantageous but not required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Basic numeracy skills for processing orders and handling payments.
