Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Deliver dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation standards are met.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of dining areas, tables, and service stations.
- Assist in food preparation and plating as needed, following hygiene and safety guidelines.
- Handle cash and electronic payments securely, providing correct change and receipts.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in a customer‑service or F&B role preferred.
