Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a warm and professional attitude.
- Take and process customer orders accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Prepare and cook food according to KyoChon's standard recipes and procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the dining area and kitchen.
- Assist in receiving and rotating stock deliveries.
- Handle cash and credit card transactions responsibly.
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation regulations are strictly followed.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth kitchen and service operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
- Prior experience in the F&B industry is an added advantage (fresh graduates are welcome!).
- Willingness to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player spirit.
- Physically fit to stand and work long hours in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges.
