Responsibilities

  • Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi items according to established recipes and quality standards
  • Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to customers at the sushi counter/kiosk
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including workstations, utensils, and dining areas
  • Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
  • Handle customer orders accurately, including takeaway and dine-in requests
  • Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
  • Assist in inventory management and notify management of low stock
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and a positive customer experience

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required – training will be provided
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per outlet schedule
