Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble a variety of sushi items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Provide friendly, prompt, and professional service to customers at the sushi counter/kiosk
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the outlet, including workstations, utensils, and dining areas
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure seamless operations during peak hours
- Handle customer orders accurately, including takeaway and dine-in requests
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols at all times
- Assist in inventory management and notify management of low stock
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and a positive customer experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or retail is preferred but not required – training will be provided
- Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and/or English
- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as per outlet schedule
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (lifting up to 15 kg)
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for serving customers
