Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a high standard of customer service in both Cafe and Fine Dining areas.
- Assist in food preparation, plating, and beverage service with precision and attention to detail.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them efficiently to the kitchen and bar staff.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, tables, and service stations at all times.
- Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately and process payments securely.
- Collaborate with the management team to support daily operations and special events.
- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and wine pairings.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure with a smile.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for luxury service and a keen interest in Management Trainee programs.
- Basic computer literacy and knowledge of POS systems.
