Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality sushi products to customers with consistency and precision
- Provide exceptional customer service at the sushi counter and kiosk area
- Maintain strict cleanliness and hygiene standards in accordance with food safety regulations
- Ensure proper stock management and timely restocking of sushi items
- Operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain product quality and freshness
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures in food handling and preparation
- Represent Empire Sushi with professionalism and uphold company standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in food service, retail, or customer service roles
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Malay
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
