Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome and seat guests, ensuring a pleasant start to their dining experience.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
- Serve meals and drinks promptly and courteously to tables.
- Provide detailed information about menu items, specials, and promotions.
- Ensure the dining area, tables, and service stations are clean and well-maintained.
- Assist with clearing tables, dishwashing, and general restaurant cleanliness.
- Handle cash and electronic payments accurately, providing correct change.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues professionally and efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior F&B experience is required; full On-Job Training will be provided.
- Possess a positive, proactive attitude and a strong eagerness to learn.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
