Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and assist customers with menu inquiries.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the dining area and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient service flow and timely food delivery.
  • Handle POS systems and process payments accurately.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties as instructed by the outlet management team.
  • Adhere strictly to Sushi Tei’s grooming standards and uniform policies.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
  • Must be comfortable standing and moving for the duration of your shift.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
  • Must possess own black pants and fully covered black shoes for work.
  • Able to commit to the dress code: plain white Polo-tee.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
