As a Service Crew member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring that our guests receive the premium dining experience they expect from the Sushi Tei brand. Whether you are greeting customers, assisting with orders, or ensuring the dining area is pristine, your contributions will play a vital role in our success. We are seeking individuals who are committed to service excellence and have a proactive attitude towards teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and assist customers with menu inquiries.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness within the dining area and service stations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and floor staff to ensure efficient service flow and timely food delivery.
- Handle POS systems and process payments accurately.
- Assist in opening and closing duties as instructed by the outlet management team.
- Adhere strictly to Sushi Tei’s grooming standards and uniform policies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Must be comfortable standing and moving for the duration of your shift.
- Strong communication skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evening shifts.
- Must possess own black pants and fully covered black shoes for work.
- Able to commit to the dress code: plain white Polo-tee.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
