Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a pleasant first impression.
- Take orders accurately and provide recommendations on our extensive Japanese menu.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and hygiene.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the dining area and service stations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor service issues with professionalism.
- Support the kitchen and management team during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations, including personal grooming standards.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the F&B or hospitality industry is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant environment.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-centric personality.
- Ability to commit to flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must strictly adhere to the uniform policy: plain white collared polo tee, long black pants, and fully covered black shoes.
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and punctuality.
- A proactive team player with the ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
