Responsibilities
- Perform on-site commissioning and installation of technical equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Execute scheduled preventive maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues efficiently to resolve technical malfunctions.
- Provide high-quality technical support and training to end-users on site.
- Maintain detailed service logs and technical reports for all completed field activities.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to identify recurring issues and suggest design or process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry quality standards during all service engagements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a field service or maintenance engineering role.
- Strong hands-on technical skills with a solid understanding of troubleshooting mechanical and electrical systems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings, schematics, and service manuals.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage field assignments effectively.
- Possession of a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is highly preferred.
