DATCHE is looking for a motivated Service Engineer to join our growing team in Cagayan de Oro, Misamis Oriental. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and maintaining our equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.

Key aspects of the role include:
- Performing scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment.
- Diagnosing electrical, mechanical, and software issues and implementing effective solutions.
- Preparing detailed service reports and documenting all maintenance activities.
- Training customers on proper operation and basic troubleshooting of our products.
- Coordinating with internal departments to resolve complex technical problems.
- Ensuring compliance with safety standards and company policies at all times.

Responsibilities
- Install, commission, and perform routine maintenance on DATCHE equipment at customer sites.
- Provide timely and professional technical support, troubleshooting, and repair services.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment uptime.
- Train customers on product operation, safety procedures, and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate service records, including parts usage and time logs.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to improve product design and service processes.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations during all field activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related field).
- 1‑3 years of experience in field service, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to diagnose complex electrical/mechanical issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction.
- Willingness to travel within the region and work flexible hours when required.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic technical documentation.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
