StaffKing Pte Ltd is representing a leading provider of critical power solutions in East Region, seeking an experienced Service Engineer to handle Diesel DRUPS & UPS Systems. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on state-of-the-art power equipment.
In this role, you will be responsible for the full lifecycle service of DRUPS and UPS systems, including installation, commissioning, preventive and corrective maintenance, and emergency repairs. You will be the go-to technical expert for clients, ensuring their power systems operate at peak efficiency and reliability. We are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to safety and quality.
As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in maintaining uptime for mission-critical facilities. Your duties will include conducting site surveys, preparing technical reports, liaising with clients, and managing spare parts. You will also work closely with the sales team to support new installations and service contracts.
To succeed, you must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities. Strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting are essential. Familiarity with safety protocols and industry standards is a must.

Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, and testing of DRUPS and UPS systems at customer sites.
- Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in diesel generators and UPS systems.
- Prepare service reports and documentation for each job.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to schedule and complete service tasks.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide technical support and training to customers as needed.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in servicing DRUPS or UPS systems.
- Strong knowledge of diesel generators, batteries, and power electronics.
- Ability to read electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to work in the East Region and travel to customer sites.
- Relevant certifications in electrical safety and equipment servicing.
