Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Mandarin-speaking service partners, managing day-to-day communications and relationship building
- Coordinate service delivery schedules, escalate issues, and ensure partner satisfaction through proactive support
- Translate and interpret business documents, emails, and meeting materials between Mandarin and English
- Monitor partner performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvement strategies
- Assist in onboarding new partners, including training, documentation, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with internal teams (technical, sales, operations) to align partner activities with company goals
- Identify opportunities for partnership growth and support contract renewal negotiations
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions and feedback in CRM systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in partner management, client services, or a similar role within the IT/telecommunications industry
- Native or near-native fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) and professional proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong understanding of IT service operations, CRM tools, and basic data analysis
- Excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and negotiation abilities
- Willingness to work full-time from our Jakarta Raya office
