Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar and floor operations to ensure seamless guest service and operational efficiency.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of service staff to maintain high service standards.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve any service-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with management for ordering and supplies.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and hygiene standards throughout the establishment.
- Optimize workflow during peak hours to maximize throughput and guest satisfaction.
- Assist in organizing special events, promotional activities, and staff scheduling.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role within the hospitality industry (bar or restaurant preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a multicultural team.
- Excellent command of English and Indonesian; proficiency in other languages is a distinct advantage.
- Deep understanding of POS systems, inventory management, and floor coordination.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-centric mindset.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
