Solusi Pest Control (SPC), a leading provider of integrated pest management solutions in Indonesia, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Supervisor Pest Control to join our team in Bandung, Jawa Barat. As a Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing daily pest control operations, ensuring service excellence, and maintaining strong client relationships. You will supervise a team of field operators, coordinate treatment schedules, conduct quality inspections, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate pest control treatment operations carried out by field operators across assigned client sites.
- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure services meet company standards and client expectations.
- Manage service schedules, route planning, and resource allocation to optimize team productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing complaints, feedback, and service adjustments promptly.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate operator performance, fostering a culture of safety and professionalism.
- Ensure all treatments comply with local regulations, company policies, and environmental safety guidelines.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly service reports, including treatment logs, incident reports, and client feedback summaries.
- Coordinate with the sales and administrative teams to support contract renewals and service expansion opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Environmental Science, Agriculture, Biology, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in pest control operations, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.
- Strong understanding of pest identification, treatment methods, and integrated pest management principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and lead a field team.
- Proven ability to solve problems under pressure and make decisions regarding service quality and safety.
- Valid driving license (SIM A or C) and willingness to travel to various client locations in Bandung and surrounding areas.
- Certification in pest control (e.g., from ASPPI or equivalent) is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic reporting tools.
