Job Description

KPN Corp. is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Shift Engineer to join our prestigious KPN Properti Indonesia Business Unit. As a Shift Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the operational integrity, safety, and efficiency of our building facilities in Cempaka Putih.

You will be responsible for overseeing the daily technical operations, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and providing rapid-response support for building infrastructure. We are looking for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced property management environment, is safety-conscious, and possesses a deep understanding of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and operate building mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform daily inspections of building facilities and equipment to identify potential maintenance issues.
  • Execute preventive and corrective maintenance schedules in accordance with company standards.
  • Respond promptly to tenant service requests and building emergency situations during assigned shifts.
  • Supervise third-party contractors to ensure work quality and compliance with safety regulations.
  • Maintain accurate logs of facility operations, utility consumption, and maintenance activities.
  • Implement health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols across all building operations.
  • Provide technical reports to the Building Manager regarding facility status and needed repairs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Proven experience as a Building Engineer or Shift Engineer, preferably in high-rise property management.
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, fire safety equipment, gensets, and electrical distribution panels.
  • Ability to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues on-site.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office for reporting and facility documentation.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
  • Possession of relevant technical certifications (e.g., K3 Listrik or K3 Umum) is a distinct advantage.
